Do you take last minute bookings?
We do! Please call us on: 01245231800 and we would be more than happy to assist you.
Is there parking available - and how much?
The Room in the Rodings has plenty of parking and cars can be left over night as long as they are collected by 11am the next day.
Does the venue have disabled access - including disabled bathroom facilities?
We do.
What facilities do you have in the kitchen?
Our Kitchen is a fully equipped catering Kitchen.
We provide fridges for your drinks.
Are all the outside spaces included in the venue hire price?
Yes our beautiful meadow and fenced lawn and quaint courtyard are all yours for the day.
How do we book a Registrar for our ceremony?
You need to contact Essex Registration Services
What does ‘no corkage’ mean?
We allow you to bring in all your own alcohol for your reception drinks and wedding breakfast and we don’t charge you to do so. We then run and staff an evening bar.
What happens if we have to cancel our date?
It is a shame when any wedding is cancelled. If a new date can’t be found then we will release your date but the deposit paid is non refundable. If you want to postpone your date, your deposit can be transferred to a new date.
